Skol

Terms of use

Skol is a tool for creating and trading coins on Solana. It never holds your funds. By using Skol you accept the terms below.

What Skol is

Skol is an interface to public Solana programs. It helps you create a token, create a liquidity pool for it on Meteora, and trade through pools that already exist. Everything you do is user directed: you choose what to launch, what to buy, how much and when, and your own wallet asks you to approve every transaction.

Skol is not a broker, exchange, custodian, adviser, bank or fund. Nothing on Skol is investment, legal, tax or financial advice, and no button on this site is a recommendation to buy anything.

Fees

Coins launched through Skol carry a 2% fee on every trade, split so that 0.4% is kept by Meteora, whose pool the coin trades on, 0.8% goes to the wallet that launched the coin and 0.8% goes to Skol. The fee is taken inside the swap, so the amount you receive is already net of it. Solana network fees and the fees of any pool you route through are separate and are not set by Skol.

Your wallet and your transactions

Coins are created by users

Every coin on Skol is created by a member of the public. Its presence here is not an endorsement, a verification of its creator, or any statement about its value. Creators can abandon a coin, sell their holdings, or behave in ways you do not expect, and Skol has no control over any of it.

Fan tokens and third parties

Fan tokens are issued by Chiliz and distributed through Socios. Skol is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by Chiliz, Socios, Meteora, Jupiter, Solana or any club, league, athlete or organisation. Their names and marks are used only to identify the assets involved.

Skol depends on third party infrastructure it does not control, including Meteora's programs, Jupiter's routing, Solana itself and the liquidity in fan token pools owned by other parties. Any of these can change, fail or be withdrawn.

SKOL

SKOL is a token launched publicly on pump.fun with no presale and no allocation to anyone, including its creators. Skol intends to use part of its fee income to buy SKOL and burn it, but that is an intention rather than an obligation, it can change, and holding SKOL entitles you to nothing. SKOL is not a share, a security, a claim on revenue or a promise of any return.

Eligibility is yours to check

Skol can see a wallet address and its balances. It cannot see who you are, where you live or what you are permitted to do. You are responsible for knowing the rules that apply to you. Skol is not available to people in the United States or in any other jurisdiction where this activity is restricted, and a working button does not mean you are permitted to press it. You must be an adult.

Risk

Coins launched on Skol can lose all of their value, often quickly and often permanently. So can fan tokens. So can SKOL. Liquidity being locked does not mean a price is supported, only that the pool cannot be emptied by its creator. Only spend what you can afford to lose entirely.

No warranty and no liability

Skol is provided as is, without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent the law allows, Skol and the people behind it are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site, from smart contracts it interacts with, from third party services, or from coins created by other people.
